Returns & Refunds
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We do not charge you for returning your items, we just ask that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must also be in it's original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to return an item please request a return form by emailing info@houndsomeandbree.co.uk. When emailing please ensure you quote your order number so we can process this quickly. Once you have emailed us we will send you instructions on how to return your items.
A refund is normally provided within 5 working days (time may vary depending on bank) after being accepted. For full details on our return and refund policy click here.
