How it works

Subscribe for only £5.99 per box

Once you subscribe, £5.99 will be taken out of your account on the monthly anniversary of the date you subscribed. For example if you subscribe on the 10th January, the payment will be taken out on the 10th of every month.(You can cancel this at anytime)

Boxes are delivered around the beginning of every month

Our boxes are delivered within the first week of every month. They re normally dispatched on the 1st of the month. The boxes have been designed so that they fit in most standard sized letter boxes which means you do not have to be home to receive it. The cut of date for subscribing is the end of the prior month.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you have a PayPal account you can login and cancel it through there by following the below steps:

  1. Login into PayPal

  2. Go to settings

  3. Click on the payments tab

  4. Click manage pre-approved payments

  5. On the right-hand side select Houndsome and Bree

  6. Then click cancel.

PayPal will then notify us of your cancellation immediately.

How many bags do I get a month?

You will get 7 rolls each month. Each roll contains 15 dog waste bags which gives you a total of 105 bags.

What if I run out?

The amount of bags we send you is based on the assumptions that your dog poos more than 3 times a day so it’s very unlikely that you will run out. If you do however, please email us at info@houndsomeandbree.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

I’m not based in the UK, can I still subscribe?

Unfortunately not, at the moment this subscription service is only available to those living in the UK.

What if I have more than one dog?

Although the subscription is usually used by people with one dog. We are quite generous with the amount of bags we send so we suggest you see how one goes and then take out another subscription if you need to.

You will receive 105 bags which is based on the assumption that your dog will poo more than 3 times a day.

How do I cancel if I subscribed through Crate Joy?

If you subscribed to our subscription service using Crate Joy. You will have to login into your Crate Joy account to cancel it. Instructions can be found on their website here

How do I apply for a refund?

If you're not happy with your box please get in touch with us by emailing info@houndsomeandbree.co.uk or calling us on 0208 640 2777

What is the cut off date to subscribe?

There is no cut-off date as such, however if you wanted to receive the following month's subscription box, you would need to subscribe before the last day of the current month.

Example: To receive April's subscription box, you would need to subscribe by March 31st.
